One of my favourite spots to watch the sun go down. Spectacular sunsets can regularly be observed from the footpath in front of Rutland Hall.

The old dead tree at Barnsdale on the edge of Rutland Water. A haven of life for the benefit of Treecreepers, Nuthatches and Woodpeckers.
